IKEA.com global content 2022-2025

In collaboration with an Art director and Interior designer, Miranda worked with stakeholders across the IKEA ecosystem to research, concept and produce different types of evergreen and time-sensitive content for IKEA.com and other platforms. Working with business and editorial calendars, each type of content served different brand, customer and business communication needs, ranging from inspirational features and guides about room decoration and home organisation, to films about new and hero products and handy home care tips. Each project cycle lasted 6 months and delivered content for one seasonal launch, amounting to approximately 20 web pages or content blocks, and five to six films. Miranda researched, concepted, produced longer articles for use on IKEA.com. Room design articles offer inspiration for room decoration using IKEA products, and guides show customers how IKEA can help with everyday home organisation challenges.

As part of the delivery to the markets, Miranda produced suggestions for social media posts using the new content.
